$199 3G iPhone by July - Does Nokia have any Future ?

Steve Jobs surprised the attended yet with another surprise - 3G iPhone with 8GB memory for mere $199 [unlike $499 in iPhone 1.0] New iPhone has speed improvement of over 36% compared to other 3G handsets.
Is this phone the beginning of the end of Nokia Empire ? Nokia with large customer base took them for granted just like the Evil company in Redmond which discouraged innovation for over a decade. One must admit that Nokia has clearly failed to innovate as it kept introducing one phone after the other with differing application stack, that's it. [All these phones were introduced at $500 + in the Indian market , Nokia NSeries for example is Royal Rip off in India]
