India's leading financial daily published an article saying that DoT is aiming for a 2 Mbps broadband for all Indians project by 2009.
AOL today launched its India portal. Looks like it was done just for the heck of it. I give a "F" Grade to the portal. However, if you want AOL.in e-mail address, then you can easily get it.
When I checked even "sex @ aol .in" was available.
